Refund Policy

All posting fees (currently $0.99 per post, non-refundable except as required by law) cover the cost of hosting and moderating your listing regardless of match outcome. Posts stay visible indefinitely, subject to the reverification cycle (see Terms §3.5) — approximately every 60 days we email you to confirm the post is still active, and if you don’t reply within 14 days we automatically remove it. Removal for non-response is not grounds for a refund; you can always re-post at the current fee. Transactions between buyers and sellers occur person-to-person; Want is not a party to those payments and does not process goods payments. For chargeback disputes, see Terms §15.
