Madison
Madison pickups are easier when you name the area — Langdon, State Street, Willy Street, Vilas, or campus. Winter stairs and a place to idle a car belong on the Want.
Philadelphia
Philadelphia furniture often has to survive a rowhome stairwell. Name the neighborhood — Fishtown, West Philly, South Philly, Northern Liberties — and whether you can pick up the same day.
New York City
Most NYC wants are apartment-scale. Mention the borough, the floor, and whether there is an elevator. A Brooklyn walk-up and a Manhattan elevator are different jobs for a seller.
Chicago
Chicago moves stack around lease dates. Note the neighborhood — Logan Square, Pilsen, Lakeview, Hyde Park — and whether winter pickup is realistic.
Austin
Austin has a lot of new arrivals furnishing a first place. East Austin, South Congress, North Loop, and the UT area are useful pickup notes. Be specific about stairs and parking.
Denver

Dallas–Fort Worth wants work best with a neighborhood on them — Oak Lawn, Bishop Arts, Deep Ellum, Uptown — plus a budget. Sellers decide whether the drive is worth it.
Sioux City
Sioux City, Iowa sits on the Missouri River — not Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Name a neighborhood (Morningside, Leeds, Downtown) so a seller can judge the trip.
Champaign
Champaign-Urbana pickups split between campus, Downtown Champaign, and Urbana. Say which side of campus and whether a car can pause.
Belleville, Michigan
Label the Want Belleville, MI so it is not mixed up with Belleville, Illinois. Downtown, Van Buren Township, and Rawsonville are useful pickup notes.
