Frequently asked

Why non-refundable?

The $0.99 pays for the listing itself — hosting it for 30 days, surfacing it to sellers, and keeping the marketplace free of spam. A tiny, non-refundable fee is what makes the whole thing work: it filters out throwaway posts so real buyers get real offers.

Is there a subscription?

No. There is no monthly fee, no membership, and no plan to upgrade to. You pay $0.99 for each want you post, and that is the only charge Want will ever put on your card.

What if I don't get any offers?

The fee is for the listing, not the outcome. A clearly written want with a fair budget almost always draws responses, but Want cannot guarantee offers — so if none arrive, the $0.99 is not refunded. You are welcome to edit and repost with a better description or price.

Do you take a cut of sales?

No. Sales happen off-platform, directly between the buyer and the seller. Whatever price you agree on, you keep — Want never touches the money and never takes a commission.
